All directors of Suyash Mart Pvt. Ltd. have family relations with each other. The company started off being a traditional joint family setup. Over the last few years, the company is attracting professional talent from retail industry and will soon become a retail conglomerate. Expansion plans of the company are very aggressive since we have set the business model over the period of time. It will be duplicated efficiently now across India.

• Mr. Brij Tapadiya: Age – 45 yrs, Eduaction – B. Com. Base – Pune.  

  He is the managing director of the entire Gita Group, of which, Suyash Mart Pvt. Ltd. is one of the company. At present He focuses on strategy, company Vision and Goals and financial management. Operations of the company and overall Group are taken care of by the other directors. Aggressive in planning and execution, he has been one of the key persons in building the “Gita Group” to its current financial and market position. His forte is speed, due to which, he, along with other directors, has grown the Group to 1000 crores from almost nothing.

• Mr. Yash Tapadiya: Age – 42 yrs, Education – B. Com. Base – Pune.

  He currently manages the Infrastructure Projects Division of Gita Group. This is related to construction of townships on turnkey basis, building of bridges, canals and related structures. For Suyash Mart, he is involved in strategy and branding and marketing activities. “Bonsaii”, the speciality retail store for kids and “Cykology”, the exclusive bicycle and tricycle store format is his brainchild. He conceives ideas, nurtures them and brings them to the point of implementation which is then translated by the operations team. ‘Trendsetter’ is his pet name in the retail industry.

• Mr. Ajay Tapadiya: Age – 40 yrs, Education – B. Com. Base – Pune.

  He heads the Infrastructure Manufacturing and Execution Division of the group. He is a multi tasking personality who seamlessly manages industries from Steel Pipes & Cement Pipes for water supply, Precast Concrete Elements for Infrastructure Projects, Windmill Manufacturing to Thermal Power Projects. He is not involved in day to day operations of Suyash Mart but only at the strategy level. Since he does infrastructure business all across the country, his inputs are the most valuable for the company when we take decisions about expansions.

• Mr. Pankaj Tapadiya: Age – 31 yrs, Education - B. Com, MBA. Base – Nagpur.

  He oversees the company Operations and HR from our Nagpur store. The “Cykology” format is entirely managed by him. His strength is taking the right risks and finding the right property for retail operations. He heads the execution team which makes the interiors and fit outs of our new stores. Launching a store right from interiors, to staff recruitment, to marketing activities are managed by him. After the launch, the store management team and back office takes over.

• Mr. Devang Kabra: Age – 32 yrs, Education – B. Com, MBA. Base – Pune.

  He heads the company day to day operations which include Purchasing and Merchandising. Continuous evolution of the retail business model needs to happen to ensure an edge against competition and satisfaction of customers. At the same time, he ensures that the overall business model is set and duplicable. He heads the e-commerce business of bonsaii and oversees the IT operations of the company. 

• Mr. Vijay Tapadiya: Age – 34 yrs, Education – B. Com, Base – Silvassa / Uttarkhand.

  He is a shareholder in the company but does not involve himself in day to day operations of Suyash Mart Pvt. Ltd. He heads the group’s HTS wire business. The factory is at Uttarkhand and Silvassa. Under his dynamic leadership, Prestress Wire Industries has grown to a Rs. 200 crore turnover company. He has diversified the business successfully and the company is a key national player in the High Tensile Steel Wires (HTS) and Galvanised Iron (GI) Wires.  

• Mr. Anant Tapadiya  : Age – 43 yrs, Education – B. Com, Base – Gulbarga, Karnataka.

  He is a shareholder in the company but does not involve himself in day to day operations of Suyash Mart Pvt. Ltd. He is involved in Dal Mill and Warehousing business. The warehouses are at multiple locations in Karnataka and Dal Mills are located in Gulbarga. Precise judgement of the volatility in prices of agriculture commodities is his forte. This quality, which is the most important in any agriculture commodity business is further enhanced because of the warehousing business.

• Mr. Ganesh Tapadiya: Age – 52 yrs, Education – B. Com, Base – Gulbarga, Karnataka.

  He is a shareholder in the company but does not involve himself in day to day operations of Suyash Mart Pvt. Ltd. He is leading player in the business of Prestressed concrete poles which are used for electrification. A market leader in supply of poles to state electricity boards of Karnataka, Gujrat and Maharashtra. He handles manufacturing at more than 10 locations simultaneously.

• Mr. Shyamsunder Tapadiya: Age – 47 yrs, Education – B. Com, Base – Bangalore.

  He is a shareholder in the company but does not involve himself in day to day operations of Suyash Mart Pvt. Ltd. He heads the Granite business of the group in Bangalore. Mined granite blocks are purchased which are then cut, polished and processed the granite plant as per requirement of customer. Mass production combined with customization is the main USP which he has developed in the company. This has pitched our granite business at a very advantageous position as compared to the competitors.
