Business Contribution by Franchisor Company – Suyash Mart Pvt. Ltd. – (SMPL)

  • Designing and Development :

    All work of designing and development related to Store merchandize layout, electrical layout, false ceiling design, fixtures placement, cash point design, neon signboard design, hoardings designing, leaflet designing, etc. will be planned by SMPL at their own costs.

  • Backoffice Support:

    Dedicated staff for sales analysis and refilling of stocks are placed for the franchisees. Daily sales analysis, category / product reshuffling, base stock planning, etc. will be provided by SMPL for the ease of operations of franchisees.

  • Staff Training:

    SMPL provides training for sales staff and cashiers. On the job training will also be provided alongwith classroom training. Our Franchise co-ordinator will pay a fortnightly visit to iron out any issues between franchisee and SMPL. Regular visits will also help to take decisions which will facilitate better sales.

  • Merchandising

    Our Merchandising team is responsible for streamlining the frontend operations. Product Display, Customer flow analysis, customer feedback and purchase decisions will be the functions in which support will be extended by SMPL.

  • Purchasing and Warehousing:

    On behalf of the franchisee, SMPL has a central purchase team and a central warehousing team.  We make the purchases more efficient and get good bargains which we pass on to the franchisees. We take care of the barcoding, material sorting and dispatching. The franchisee gets a door delivery of all barcoded, right goods which he can simply put on display and sell at ease. We match the pricing of the goods with any other vendor due to our economies of scale.

  • Web site support:

    www.bonsaii.in is our web site on which any one can browse with ease and order products. Franchisee need not connect with 200 local and overseas vendors to procure goods. He just needs to sit at one place, browse for products and make a wholesale order.  This is the most unique support function which is not currently provided by any of the franchisors.

  • Promotions:

    We already have e mail and sms database of bonsaii customers owing to our existing store operations. Direct marketing activities will be taken care by SMPL.

  • Frontend Operations:

    Management of all front end operations which are related to customer service, product display and sales, cashing and building the loyalty customer database.

  • Constant Feedback:

    Continuous communication with SMPL is very essential. Feedbacks related to customer requirements, SMPL franchise team working, availability of stocks at SMPL warehouse, etc. is very important to make the functions efficient. Proper team work will make the venture successful.

  • Local Publicity:

    Suggesting and implementing efficient and cost effective means of advertising and publicity as per the local market experience of the franchisee will help us get the maximum walk ins with burning minimum cash.
